Here at Station 710 your happiness is our number one goal. Since waxing is a very personal service, and at times can be a little confusing, we've come up with some tips to make your experience the best it can be!

PRE WAX TIPS:
-Exfoliate: The night before your waxing appointment, use a sea salt or sugar scrub around the area to be waxed.
-Prepare: If you are worried about pain, try taking a pain-reliever the night before and day of your waxing appointment.
-Avoid: caffeinated beverages, at least 3 hours before your appointment.
*Be sure the hair length is long enough to wax, at least 0.5 centimeters. Any shorter can cause more pain and risk ingrown hair growth.
POST WAX TIPS:
-It is normal to have slight redness and bumps immediately following any wax. This is due to your body’s natural histamine response and should diminish within a few hours.
*If any swelling/inflammation persists, taking antihistamines (like Benadryl) can help reduce these symptoms.
-Avoid Sunbathing, swimming, and vigorous activities for 24-48 hours.
-Use unscented soaps, and avoid deodorants & lotions around the area for 24-48 hours.
-Avoid touching the waxed area to ensure the area remains bacteria free.
-Apply a topical exfoliant, like Pfb Vanish, to the area around 3-5 days after to help prevent ingrowns and dark spots
